Talent Acquisition Officer

We are currently seeking candidates with  internal talent acquisition experience  to support a number of clients across Adelaide. This role will play a critical part in end-end recruitment sourcing and securing top talent to support the company's ambitious growth plans.

What you'll be doing

• Partnering with hiring managers to identify and define their talent needs
• Developing and executing effective end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract high-calibre candidates
• Screening and assessing applicants to identify the best-fit candidates
• Coordinating the interview and selection process
• Extending job offers and negotiating employment terms
• Maintaining a talent pipeline to support the company's ongoing recruitment requirements
