Talent Acquisition Officer

Job Objectives:

The Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible for executing recruitment and hiring efforts across multiple entities within the organization. This role involves sourcing, attracting, and interviewing qualified candidates to meet the organizations staffing needs. The Talent Acquisition Officer will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline recruitment activities and promote the employers brand.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Recruitment Tracker Update :

• Produce a revised recruitment tracker on a weekly basis.
• Maintain an updated applicant tracking list for all job openings.

Monthly Workforce Planning :

• Hold monthly meetings with heads of departments to discuss current openings, and align the requirements outlined in the Manpower Requisition Forms to ensure the sourcing of suitable candidates and their re...
