Opportunity Description
We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Officer to help source and hire skilled and trainee personnel across our service platforms. You will play a key role in expanding our operations team including technicians, trainers, and administrative staff.
Responsibilities
Post and manage job advertisements on career portals
Screen applications and shortlist candidates
Conduct initial phone interviews
Coordinate interview schedules with management
Assist with onboarding of new hires
Maintain recruitment records and candidate database
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or related field
Strong communication and organisational skills
Experience in recruitment or HR preferred
Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously
Exposure to multi-industry operations
