Opportunity Description
- Assist with scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and managing candidate communications.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS and HRIS systems.
- Support recruitment events, referral programs, and open house logistics.
- Conduct initial resume reviews and assist with pre-screening calls.
- Manage background check and drug screening processes in coordination with vendors.
- Prepare recruitment activity reports and assist with data tracking.
- Ensure documentation compliance and accurate filing of employment records.
- Provide timely and professional communication to candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in onboarding coordination and document collection for new hires.
