Position Overview

TA Partner will be responsible for building talent pipelines for the current and future staffing needs of the organization. He/She will have end to end responsibility for ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality candidates, while maintaining alignment with defined processes and using key systems against defined metrics. As an employer brand ambassador, this individual will be accountable for creating delightful candidate and manager experience while proactively building trusted relationships with the HR and business leadership teams.
