In this role, you willhave the unique opportunity to partner with multiple stakeholders andlead the full spectrum of Talent Acquisition up to Assistant Managerlevel. This includes driving projects, usingcreative sourcing techniques to attract talents and to build talent pipeline.

You may partner with differentchannels of recruitment sources to maximize talents outreach, withschools, or by designing campaigns to increase the employer branding andawareness to attract talents.

YOUR MISSION

• Build the talent pipeline for identified roles by reaching out to passive and active candidates
• Execute the talent acquisition strategies, plans, and advocate best practices
• Proactive management of applicants and provide timely updates to key stakeholders
