Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, develop and implement effective sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, university partnerships, employee referrals), conduct candidate screening (resume review, phone interviews), administer pre‑employment or technical exams for specific roles, manage interview scheduling and coordination, oversee background checks, facilitate offer negotiations, and support onboarding.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: Build collaborative relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners, serve as an advisor on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and talent availability, and ensure a consistent and fair hiring process that adheres to company policies and legal requirements.
