Talent Acquisition Systems Analyst

Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Systems Analyst to join their IT Delivery team, this role will support the Recruiting & Onboarding subtrack by helping translate business needs into system capabilities, improving workflows and data flow, partnering on integrations, executing testing, and supporting adoption and optimization post go-live.

Location: Hybrid – Seattle, WA area preferred (3 days/week). Remote candidates may be considered, with up to 25% travel for key meetings.

Length of Assignment: 9 months

Compensation Range: $40 to $50 per hour. This position is not eligible for bonus or incentive compensation.
