Talent Acquisition Trainee

We’re looking for an intern to recruit, welcome, and engage with fellow interns at Radisson’s Corporate Support Office, based in Brussels and Madrid. The internship will last a minimum of 6-12 months, starting in June.

Key Responsibilities
Continue building a strong partnership with international Hospitality and Business schools and universities.
Explore new partnership opportunities with schools/universities.
Manage the sourcing and screening of interns for the different internship positions.
Collaborate with head of departments to define internship needs.
Organize competency-based interviews with the intern candidates.
Support the onboarding of interns, including contract administration, relocation support, organizing first‑day welcomes, and providing essential information to newcomers.
