The role involves process automation, data‑driven reporting, and the seamless integration of Emiratization efforts. Additionally, it oversees the onboarding of hosted employees, ensures adherence to CRISP audit requirements, and manages the approval process for recruitment approval forms. A continuous improvement mindset is applied to refine and enhance recruitment and onboarding effectiveness.
