About the role

As a Talent Attraction Coordinator, you are part of our global Talent Attraction Shared Service Center and act as the operational backbone of our hiring processes. You ensure consistent, compliant, and efficient recruitment coordination across regions, enabling scalable delivery and a strong candidate experience. In a highly structured, process‑driven environment, you support recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates across the full recruitment lifecycle while maintaining high standards in data quality, governance, and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle, including interview scheduling across multiple time zones
• Prepare job advertisements, recruitment documentation, and interview materials
