As a Talent Coordination Specialist, you’ll play a key role in keeping the recruitment process running smoothly across a fast‑paced, US‑focused hiring environment. Working closely with Talent Partners, clients, and candidates, you’ll ensure seamless interview coordination, accurate documentation, and a consistently strong candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, communication, and structure, and enjoys being at the centre of a high‑performing, global recruitment team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment across US time zones
- Liaise directly with clients to confirm interview details and manage logistics end‑to‑end
- Prepare and format candidate CVs, ensuring accuracy and consistency, along with structured interview notes
