Opportunity Description
Pay Range: $70,447.00 - $93,923.00
The Talent Development Program and Logistics Administrator is responsible for the administration and ongoing maintenance, logistics and support of the Talent & LMS platform while working collaboratively with stakeholders.
Education and Experience:
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in technology field
+ Prior training and learning management systems experience involving content design, logistics planning, and facilitation are preferred
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/work experience
Skills and Abilities:
+ Proficient in the use of : word, power point, excel, learning management systems.
+ Experience with learning about and implementing new technology solutions.
+ Strong interpersonal communication and writing skills required .
