Opportunity Description
Support HR Managers in the daily responsibilities of Human Resources Department in the different areas: recruitment, performance evaluation, organization, events, employment forums, new policies, etc.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Being the HR main figure for other interns at the company.
- Resumes screening in LinkedIn and other sources.
- Phone approach to candidates to search for operative data.
- Conducting interviews and searching for the best talent.
- Having direct contact with universities, associations and academic centers to settle the internships terms and conditions.
- Assist in the integration of new hires and coordinate with other departments to ensure that the process is performed successfully.
- Manage all the procedures related with the administration of the employees into the company (documentation, relationship with personnel administration, IT equipment, first day at the office etc.)
