About the Role

The TA Operations & Workforce Planning Manager is a pivotal leadership role within CI&T’s Talent Acquisition function, reporting to the Head of Attraction. This manager owns the infrastructure, programs, and systems that make the TA function run – ensuring headcount coverage operates efficiently through external hiring and internal mobility, driven by data and proactive workforce planning. You will lead a team of three Talent Solution Specialists (Sr.) and serve as the operational backbone of our global TA organization, partnering closely with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and People teams across all markets.
