Your Challenge and Contribution

• Collaborate with the conversion team in adapting, optimizing, and changing processes and production lines to manufacture our different products, formats, or recipes without losing efficiency, quality, or food safety.
• Contribute to rigorous compliance with Quality and Food Safety, People Safety, and Environmental Protection standards.
• Actively participate in focused continuous improvement teams, applying and learning methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Integrated Lean Six Sigma.
