Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advisory services on alltax related mattersfor the organization'sinvestment management entities.
• Work closely withlocal financeteams, group tax,internal/external service providers regarding tax reporting, taxaccounting and compliance (including transfer pricing) for investment management entities withinthe group.
• Manage a variety of group and local tax advisory issues.
• Review and ensure of monthly/quarterly tax journals, quarterly GST reporting, bi-annual corporate tax reporting.
• Support for tax advice or queries, includingbut not limited to cross border tax matters across APAC, withholding tax, indirect tax, and taxaccounting.
• Manage fund management entities transfer pricing (TP)position to ensure that TP risks are mitigated andthat required TP documentation is prepared in a timely, accurate and completemanner.
