Tax Assistant

• Collection of WHT certificate and assist on the collection of outstanding invoices
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Monitor withholding tax obligations and ensure timely payments.
• Support the team in data entry and management using accounting software.
• Review invoices for accuracy and proper documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide tax-related guidance and support.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience Level:1 year of experience in Withholding Tax Monitoring, Tax Compliance or Accounting role
• Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of withholding tax regulations
• Working Conditions: Office-based role with standard working hours, occasional overtime may be required.
