Overview:
A large, multi-practice law firm seeks a highly driven, organized, and detail-oriented Tax & Fiduciary Paralegal with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Prepare legal documents and manage financial and tax aspects of estates and trusts
+ Prepare and file state and federal fiduciary income tax returns and death tax returns, ensuring compliance with filing requirements
+ Utilize GOSystems tax software to complete tax documentation and submissions
+ Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, financial advisors, and beneficiaries to maintain clear communication and effective case management
Requirements:
+ 2–5 years of experience in fiduciary tax management and trusts and estates law
