Marsh is looking for a Tax Professional to join our Tax and Contingent Risk Practice within the Private Equity and M&A (PEMA) team as Tax Insurance Broker based in Milan.

This position presents an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to all facets of the M&A Insurance industry as the business enters an exciting period of exponential growth. It’s an ideal role for commercially minded M&A professionals looking to leverage their expertise in an entrepreneurial and collaborative environment, joining one of the fastest-growing sectors within Insurance.

With more than two decades of M&A experience, Marsh advises on insurance services to buyers and sellers at all stages of an M&A transaction. When assessing the legal, financial and tax risks and consequences of an M&A process, it is also key to prepare from an insurance perspective.
