About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Tax Services Manager to join a collaborative wealth and tax services team. This is a contract-to-hire engagement with a clear and intentional path to full-time permanent employment. The ideal candidate brings broad tax expertise across individuals, entities, trusts, and estates, and thrives in a team-oriented environment working alongside financial advisors to serve a high-net-worth client base.


Responsibilities

+ Prepare and review individual income tax returns

+ Prepare S-Corp and partnership returns

+ Handle private foundation, estate, and gift tax returns

+ Manage trust taxation and K-1 processing and review

+ Conduct capital gains analysis and qualified dividends review

+ Partner with wealth advisors to develop and deliver tax planning strategies for high-net-worth clients
