Your new role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support pupils within the classroom, including 1:1 and small‑group intervention

Work closely with the class teacher to deliver purposeful and engaging learning activities

Promote positive behaviour and help maintain a calm, structured learning environment

Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development

Take an active and flexible role within the wider schoolmunity
