0-Hour Contract | School Hours | Term Time Only | Opportunity for Permanent Position
This role involves supporting students with complex ASC (Autism Spectrum Condition) and high behavioural needs within a structured and supportive school environment. The school is looking for someone who is patient, resilient, and confident building positive relationships with students who may need additional emotional and behavioural support throughout the school day.
This position would suit someone with previous experience within schools, care, support work, youth work, or anyone confident working with children with additional needs and challenging behaviour.
The role is offered on a 0-hour contract with the view for the position to become permanent for the right candidate.
