We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and diverse college team from September on a full-time, permanent basis. Key Responsibilities
Support lecturers in delivering engaging lessons and learning activities
Provide one-to-one and small group support to students
Assist students with additional learning needs where required
Help maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
Support students with coursework, organisation, and study skills
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
Assist with classroom preparation and administrative tasks
