Teaching Assistant

Axcis Education are seeking a teaching assistant to work with children across a four-form entry school, located in Rugby. The school was awarded a ‘Good’ OFSTED rating and has a supportive, welcoming environment. This is a full-time position starting in September 2026, with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate. The pay starts from £14.25 per hour. The role will involve supporting pupils with additional needs who benefit from consistency, patience, and a strong, calm presence.
