Opportunity Description

Responsibilities
  • Manage travel bookings, including visa preparation, adhering to policies and guidelines
  • Manage travel request and expense reports coordination and submissions
  • Calendar management and schedule calls/ meetings in various geographies and time zones.
  • Assist with meetings and technology set‑up details.
  • Assist with stationery and pantry inventory.
  • Raising purchasing orders as and when required.
  • Resolve routine day‑to‑day requests from internal departments.
  • Manage complex calendars and global scheduling for both internal and customer events
  • Coordinate the onboarding and off‑boarding processes of new sales hires in collaboration with the hiring manager
  • Perform other administrative duties and ad‑hoc duties as needed
