Cartrack, a world-leading smart mobility Software-as-a-Service tech company operating across 24 countries, is looking for a strong Team Lead to oversee and motivate a team of B2C Sales Agents, while driving performance and supporting continuous improvement of sales processes and results.
- Ensure that teams have the necessary resources available to perform their duties.
- Set clear performance goals and sales targets.
- Lead, coach and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor agent performance metrics such as conversion rates, call quality, productivity and compliance.
- Provide real time feedback and implement performance improvement plans where needed.
- Drive sales campaigns and initiatives to achieve sales objectives.
