Team Lead

Role: The Team Lead is responsible for overseeing end-to-end cash and position reconciliation activities for syndicated and non-syndicated loan portfolios, with a strong focus on CLO/CDO structures. They manage and review the team's investigations of cash breaks, discrepancies, and exceptions, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. The Team Lead acts as the primary escalation point for Agent Banks, Clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
