Responsibilities

• Supervisory duties: Possess a demonstrated ability to train and supervise others effectively. Develop employees by managing performance, ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.
• Organizational duties: Adhere to the Vulnerable Persons Act, Residential Care Licensing standards, Choice.Passion.Life. Support Services INC. Policy and Procedures, and all other pertinent legislation. Responsible for ensuring the delivery of appropriate and effective programming and services, including assessments and ongoing implementation of person-centered plans.
