Holidu offers a software and service solution which helps vacation rental owners manage and distribute their properties more efficiently. You will take care of our team in Málaga. Your responsibility will be to successfully lead the team and ensure great team spirit.

Your role in this journey

• Manage a high‑performing sales and account management team for Eastern Andalucía.
• Be directly responsible for growing our vacation rental portfolio in the area, acquiring new partners and building long‑term relationships.
• Train and coach the sales and account management team, and foster team spirit through motivational initiatives in order to reach your area targets.
• Be responsible for the achievement of our ambitious targets.
• Manage and optimise our existing portfolio of accounts, taking personal responsibility for our largest customers.
