Team Leader – Payroll and Benefits Administration
Location: 6th Floor, Glorietta 2 Corporate Center, Palm Drive, Ayala Center, Makati City
Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | Graveyard Shift
Preferred Industry: BPO Companies
- We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader with a strong background in payroll, benefits administration, and customer service. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for people development, process improvement, and service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Administration/Management, Accounting, or any related discipline (Highly Preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in Customer Service, Benefits Administration, Payroll, HR, or related fields (Required / Highly Preferred)
- 2–3 years of SME, Mentor, or Supervisory experience (Required)
