Team Leader - Decor and Graphics

At Electra we need talented people that will share our strategy to be the obvious partner contracting for local & international players who wish to set up an event within the GCC.

The Team Leader in the Décor & Graphics Department plays a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, and ensuring the timely and high-quality completion of event, exhibition, and fit-out projects. This position requires strong leadership, effective problem-solving skills, and hands‑on experience in planning, preparation, production, on‑site execution, and installation arrangements.

The team leader is responsible for guiding the workforce, ensuring quality control, and optimizing workflows for efficiency across various activities such as fabric installation, graphic installation, upholstery, décor element preparation, and production coordination.
