Team Leader Engineering

We are seeking a Team Leader Engineering eager to join our Team in Varisco Product Company, in Padova, Italy (in Varisco s.r.l., part of the Atlas Copco Group).

Varisco is a well-established and ever-expanding company. It manufactures pumps, both for dewatering and industrial use. In Varisco was acquired by Atlas Copco, a Swedish multinational company with years of history behind it. 

As Team Leader Engineering your Mission is to coordinate and manage New Product Development team (NPD) of Engineering department, with the aim of developing and updating new products and components, managing projects from feasibility to serial production according to the Atlas Copco “Concept to Product” (C-t-P) design guidelines and ensuring product portfolio maintenace.
