Team Leader for Distributor Trade

SUPERVISOR JOB DESCRIPTION To drive & achieve KPI performance of all team members.

Assist in project recruitment.

Monitor and track daily activities of all team members by region.

Call of Achievement (Attendance).

Great execution.

Planogram compliance.

Daily schedule adjustment (For Ad-hoc distributor stock in arrangement and absentee) .

Field visit to audit execution compliance and coach team members​.

Help to cover for the outlet execution (Vacant headcount and absentee).

To support for Ad-hoc activation campaign.

Assist in on-boarding field training to new members.

Conduct ‘one to one’ coaching and mentoring with team members (If necessary).
