Team Leader Operations Natural Asset Protection

The Opportunity

is seeking an experienced Team Leader with a strong focus on Natural Resource Management (NRM) to lead a dedicated team in delivering meaningful on-ground outcomes for our communities. In this role, you'll drive the development and implementation of NRM programs and initiatives that support sustainable land use, healthy ecosystems, and resilient communities.

You'll coordinate projects, manage stakeholder relationships, and help guide local responses to environmental challenges - including supporting agricultural productivity and biosecurity programs and emergency management efforts.
