Basic Purpose and Scope of the PositionResponsibilities
- Responsible for managing and developing team of customer service representatives.
- Analyze performance results and create/implement improvements plans to meet company goals and objectives.
- Create a work environment that is conducive to long term employment and employee.
- Manage voluntary attrition of team through positive encouragement and proactively discussing issues and providing feedback.
- Create unique ways to reward exceptional behavior or employee performance, in addition to the methods used by the company.
- Plan for upcoming organizational needs and implement strategies in a proactive manner.
- Work and communicate with other departments to ensure ideas/strategies are effectively executed and that they are done with all areas of the company’s needs in mind.
