Team Leader (Supported Living)

 

As a Team Leader you will provide support to our Supported Living Services in Huddersfield and Halifax, providing specialised person centred support. Radis recognise each person as an individual and provide a unique service which is tailored to their specific needs and provide a consistent approach throughout their life.

To work alongside the Managers of our Supported Living Services- overseeing the smooth running of these services, completing regular audits, checks, supervisions, spot checks, updating and reviewing support plans and working to ensure that individuals achieve their outcomes.
