Working in a fast-paced team environment on a client’s site, the role of Customer Service Team Member focuses mainly on the efficiently handling and sorting of mails, ensuring its accurate distribution and timely delivery within the organisation.
Scope of the role includes:
Daily mail and courier management
Handling and resolving customer’s phone and email enquiries
Maintaining of office equipment, office supplies and stationery
Maintaining database and updates of presentation
Courier bookings and lodgements with various courier companies
Ad hoc administration and duties
Some heavy lifting maybe involved
