Opportunity Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that administrative functions are done. (e.g. Travel Order, Request for Payment and Update of Schedule).
  • Ensure that Operation supports are done. (e.g. Follow-up clients, requests for operations materials and consumables).
  • Prepare and/or edit technical documents/drawings needed for the projects.
  • Ensure that safety regulations and policies are adhered.
  • Follows organization’s guidelines and policy on Quality, Environment, Safety and Health (QESH).
  • Commitment to responsibility and participation in the Quality, Environment, Safety & Health, and CSR programs and activities of the organization.
  • Performs other job-related duties as maybe assigned from time to time.
