- Learn and apply Jira story writing best practices using Percipio training resources Gain hands‑on experience with Salesforce CRM and the Summit platform under mentorship
- Assist senior analysts in documenting user stories and business requirements
- Support the creation of comprehensive PowerPoint presentations documenting various Salesforce functionalities
- Help analyze current system usage and identify optimization opportunities under senior guidance.
Required Qualifications:
- BS Computer Science – Completed or currently enrolled in Final Semester
- Basic understanding of business processes and system workflows
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
