The Tech Lead - Mobile Applications will architect the technical foundation for our next phase of growth—championing Angkas’ core values, ensuring the delivery of high-performance releases, and driving the engineering innovations required to bring seamless, accessible transport to the Filipino masses.

What you’ll be doing:

• Architect and Standardize: Lead the design and evolution of high-performance, cross-platform mobile architectures using Flutter, ensuring a unified and scalable codebase for both iOS and Android.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional leadership-including Product, Design, and Backend - to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps and bridge the gap between product vision and engineering execution.
• Performance Engineering: Oversee the implementation of complex features, setting the gold standard for app responsiveness, resource optimization, and long-term reliability.
