Tech Team Lead

Location: West Region, Singapore

• Serve on the executive committee to align technology goals to other departmental and organizational objectives.
• Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
• Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.
• Help departments use technology profittably.
• Supervise system infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
• Incorporate stakeholders' feedback to regularly update technology automation and functionalities.
• Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors.

• Diploma/Degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, mathematics, statistics or relevant disciplines with sufficient exposure to code development.
• Minimum 7 years experience in building enterprise systems and leading teams.
