Responsibilities:
- The Technical Writer will support the planning, development, implementation, and ongoing operations of a Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) in compliance with federal regulations and guidance issued by the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) and the Children's Bureau.
- The role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and coordinating project documentation required for federal approval, system implementation, and operational support.
- The Technical Writer will collaborate with project management, business analysts, system architects, developers, quality assurance teams, and program stakeholders to produce clear, accurate documentation aligned with federal CCWIS requirements and project governance standards.
