Technical Account Executive

Responsibilities

1. Manage assigned accounts
2. Identify and establish new business/accounts
3. Organize Sales Visit
4. Write visit reports and project updates
5. Prepare tenders, proposals, quotations, and forecasts
6. Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
7. Ensure sales targets are met
8. Participate audit by customers
9. Investigate customer complaints
10. Effectively handle product recalls

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Sales and driving experience
• Good moral character and personality
• Highly motivated and results oriented
• Ability to identify and react accurately to the behaviour and emotions of customers
