About the Role

Overview

We are looking for a Technical Accounting professional to join a growing finance team and partner closely with senior leadership. This role provides hands-on ownership of complex accounting matters, revenue recognition, policy development, and financial reporting.

The position is open at the Manager, Senior Manager, or Director level based on experience. Candidates coming directly from Big or public accounting with strong technical expertise and software/SaaS exposure are encouraged to apply.


Key Responsibilities

Lead technical accounting research and documentation for complex transactions (ASC , software capitalization, leases, M&A, impairments, and other GAAP topics)
