Technical Aftermarket Sales and Support (Kathu)

Job Reference: CEN -LK-1

The primary purpose of this role is to provide Technical Sales Support for Aftermarket to customers in the region through site visits.

Qualifications:

• Grade 12
• A tertiary qualification in sales or a trade would be highly advantageous

Experience:

• At least 3 years' experience in a technical sales capacity
• Virtual / Video conferencing etiquette
• Intermediate MS Office and CRM

Sales Management Responsibilities:

• Analyze customers' spend versus number of machines in operation in the region.
• Determine which customer spends are to third-party suppliers and the reasons for third-party spend.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer spend.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations.
• Establish reasons for lost quotations and communicate these to the manager, capturing them on ERP.
