Santam Product Management is looking to recruit an Technical Analyst to provide actuarial and data analytics support for the conceptualisation, development and maintenance of client value propositions. This role invites a driven, technically competent and highly creative individual to help shape the future suite of Santam insurance offerings. This is a permanent opportunity based in either Western Cape or Gauteng.

What will you do?

Loyalty and Rewards

• Conceptualise, model, develop and manage a loyalty and rewards programme.
• Collaborate with group stakeholders to ensure the rewards programme aligns with the product portfolio strategy, business unit strategy and group-wide rewards strategy.

Actuarial

• Provide actuarial expertise and support to the Head of Product Strategy on all product management initiatives.
