Job Description We are looking for someone who will play a key role in empowering colleagues through collaboration and technical expertise. Based primarily at a London site, the Technical Assistant will also support a range of client properties across the business, ensuring safe working practices, asset protection, and service excellence every day. Key Responsibilities Carry out fabric-related PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within agreed timeframes. Deliver building services maintenance including exterior works, plumbing, mechanical tasks and carpentry-related repairs. Undertake external grounds maintenance duties as required. Provide callout response for the client in line with the callout rota. Perform contractor control duties, including monitoring workmanship and issuing Permits to Work when necessary.
