- Manage and coordinate delivery of software changes and releases as per delivery plan
- Manage application configurations as part of delivery
- Apply best practice BA methodologies to support delivery of implementation projects and system changes
- Work closely with clients, technical team, and managerial staff to communicate updates and drive project outcomes. Appropriately escalated to senior management issues impacting delivery of application changes.
