Key activities
Gather requirements and convert them to technical requirements for implementation Translate complex technical needs into clear, concise requirements Work closely with Project Manager's and handle multiple tasks accordingly Create and capture accurate and complete records of the business activities related to this position, in accordance with approved policy and procedures Work with various stakeholders and vendors Provide guidance and direction to the project team to ensure the Service Transition process is adhered to Co-ordinate technical activities with multi vendors to achieve program outcome Skills and experience
